Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns on items that have been unworn, or unused depending on the type of product that is being returned. If the item has been worn, we will not accept returns under most circumstances. Please read the Exceptions/non-returnable items section for more information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We value your time and money spent on the item, when you receive your item, please inspect it to make sure everything is as it should be and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Every item on our site is a non-returnable item if it has been worn or used. We have a standard policy of only selling new and unused items to you as costumers. There are exceptions to this policy. If the item you are returning has been worn and damaged, we may accept a return in order to fix the product for you at no cost to you. If this is the case, please contact us at Isabella_Gurley@whenthesundothsleep.com to start the return process.
If your item(s) have been accepted for return under these exceptions we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal items (exception listed above may apply) or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges on items that have been unworn and unused. Exchanges on custom made products will not be accepted. To make an exchange, please contact Isabella_Gurley@whenthesundothsleep.com to be able to start that process. Exchanges will only be accepted for like priced items, such as a different color of the same product or a different product with the same price.
Once the exchange has been accepted, we ask you to start the return process, as listed in the above sections, and we will send out the exchanged items once we have received the returned items. Returning and exchanging items will come at no cost to you, the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that any returns made without approval will not be receiving a refund, so please make sure that if you are returning for a refund that the return has been approved. Refunds will not be issued toward social media videos as they are non-returnable. If you have any questions about what can be refunded, please contact us at the email below.
